B : Booth P : Publicity
Booth people are to stay at the classroom with the display laptops and answer any questions that the sec ones ask.
*If any of the Sec 1s are interested in NYICC, get them to fill in their particulars in the sign-up sheet on one of the laptops and also get them to attempt the selection quiz.
Publicity people are to go around the school with a sandwich board in front as mobile advertisers and also give out flyers & erasers to promote NYICC.
Reminders
- Come in your hongzi + CCA jacket.
- Attendance will be taken.
- Report to booth at least 5 minutes before duty for short briefing.
- All Sec 3s + 4s will be released from classes at 12.35pm for booth setup and preparation, Sec 2s are to come after school dismissal.
- Official dismissal is at 3.30pm, after cleanup.
